REFUND


Your refund will be done within a maximum timeframe of 10 working days after your return has been processed. Depending on the chosen payment method in your order, we automatically refund the amount via PayPal or Credit Card.

With the payment option 'prepayment' we will require your account information to process the refund. Please check the information before you contact us, as incorrect or incomplete information can result in a delay in us processing the refund.


Credit Card: Refund will be processed within 5 working days.


Paypal: Refund will be processed within 5 working days.



How do I return my items?
Please make sure to use a proper box, protective bag or padding paper to wrap the stuff that is supposed to be returned to us. Don´t forget to enclose the return form and assure that the shipment is postpaid addressed to:

In order to return your order, you can use the original packaging of your shipment or your own resources, for example a cardboard box. After receipt and processing of your return, the refund will be processed, and you're then able to order any desired exchange sizes directly in our shop by placing a new order.

Please note the deadline for all returns is 30 days after the arrival of your delivery, you can return any item for whatever reason.
The item has to be unwashed.
Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged.
Unsealed CDs, DVDs or Vinyl can not be exchanged
